I am really shocked to see the poor navigation state and outdated information in a website which is promoting usability or interaction design. It is even more frustrating when jobs button is clicked and nothing appers on the screen. I hope the developer understand the frustration of the users which is the basic function of understanding usability. I have wasted a lot of time here clicking the buttons but never got my intended information.
